Block-Creation Tips for Future Property Control

E-on Software Updates Free Versions of PlantFactory and Vue
E-on Software announced that free versions of PlantFactory and Vue 2014.6 are available for download. The two options for learning PlantFactory for free are the PlantFactory Producer personal learning edition (PLE) and a choice of the PlantFactory studio, designer, or artist trial version. Vue PLE is a fully functional version of Vue xStream/Infinite 2014.6 that never expires.

PARTcommunity Adds 3D Printing and Model-Sharing Function
The 3D CAD file download and sharing portal PARTcommunity has added a new capability to its offerings. The new PARTcloud function enables users to upload 3D CAD models of components they have constructed and make them available for download. Users can determine which other users are allowed to see and download their content.

ZWCAD Design Invites Users to Try ZWCAD+ 2015 Free
Software developer ZWCAD Design has made available a free trial of its 2D/3D CAD software ZWCAD+ 2015, with extended capabilities including a new user interface, Unicode compatibility, reference manager, super hatch, and other functions that the company says will help designers experience a more complete 2D-to-3D workflow.

TraceParts Releases Free 3D Mobile Application
Digital engineering 3D content provider TraceParts has launched a new mobile application for both the Android and iOS platforms. TraceParts Mobile enables access to the same database of technical data with 3D models found at the TracePartsOnline.net CAD portal. Models can be sent by e-mail in supported native or neutral CAD formats.

Printers: Epson SureColor T-Series
Epson has released its latest generation of large-format, color printers. Epson SureColor T3270, T5270, T7270, T5270D, and T7270D reportedly can deliver a D-size plot with resolutions as high as 2880 x 1440 DPI in as little as 25 seconds. The optional multifunction module enables full-color, 36-inch copy and scan capabilities. The SureColor T-Series printers are available through authorized Epson resellers.
