Sapphire Radeon RX 460 2GB DDR5 driver crashes while gaming

Hi,at first i have to tell you that english is not my native language.

So,i bought a new pc in 29.12.2016.I installed everything (windows 10-64 bit,all drivers,),then steam and all games(GTA,RocketLeague,CS:GO and BF1).After like 5 minutes every single game crashed and it says "Default Radeon WattMan settings have been restored due to unexpected system failure" and then when i try to open the AMD RADEON SETTINGS it says this "Radeon Settings:Host Application has stopped working".I tried everything (reinstalled drivers with DDU/AMD Utility uninstall, reinstalled Windows)but if i downclocked it CS:GO or Rocket League dont crash.

SO ANY SOLUTIONS ??
