I have a weird problem that I'm finding hard to explain. I recently purchased an AMD Asus Dual RX480 8GB. Great card and plays games very nicely. It was working great for about a month on Radeon Crimson driver, then I updated to the latest Radeon Crimson Driver when it popped up and said update available. I am not sure of exactly the last Driver version that did work properly, anyway the issue is that the screen will no longer fit on my monitor vertically, horizontal resolution is fine but its like there are too many horizontal lines the vertical lines are fine so it fits on the monitor (I will attach screenshots so you see what I mean). I have tried 2 different monitors (a 49" Technica LED TV, not sure of the model and a 22" BenQ 2250-T monitor both can run 1920x1080p @ 60Hz) I tried changing to all kinds of resolution and the only thing that worked was to uninstall the driver or weirdly to put on HDMI scaling to at least 1% (screenshot 2), however this makes all the text very hard to read and games etc look funny so really not very usable.

I didn't this this was a major issue as I was in the middle of a whole system upgrade I had just bought the card so I changed my current one. I have now replaced every component in the computer so everything is brand new (specs at top of page are current I can get a list of my old specs if required) However the problem persists so I can only imagine this is a driver issue. I can't find how to roll back the driver so have uninstalled the driver using DDU, have reinstalled but the same problem occours. I tried to install an earlier driver and that seemed to work for a short period but as soon as the computer updated (Via windows update not the Crimson software) it came back again.

Can anybody help me as I have tried to search for this problem but I can't figure out how I would explain this and it does not seem to be a common problem.

Image 1 is of the screen without HDMI scaling Image 2 is HDMI scaling on at 1%
