Information required when posting a question. Netiquette. Any chance you can change the title to upper and lower case text & add please at the end?

Hello,

Is there any chance that the post here : INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION could have the title converted to Upper and Lower case letters with a please added at the end?

This post is not meant to be sarcastic in any way. This is a serious request.

The INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION  thread is locked, so I could not make this comment there.

I often see new or infrequent users asking questions on the Drivers Forum.
They are very probably already stressed out because they have a problem with their PC or Graphics Card, and frequently provide incomplete or confusing information.
Others on the forum will try to help and the converstions I see sometimes go along the following lines.

New/Infrequent (and stressed)  User:                   I have problem X on System Y with GPU model Z.
Helper on the forum:                                              Provide the correct INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION.

New/Infrequent (and stressed)  User:                   You £$%^!!!! Go &^%^^&%!!! AMD are ££$p! ... etc etc.
Helper on the forum:                                              Sometimes they keep calm, sometimes they respond in kind.

Since I am into having a peaceful life, could you please change the title to "Information requred when posting a question please".

My comments may seem trivial, and I realise that different people from different backgrounds will have different views and reactions to this.

On a personal level I do know that people, especially bosses, can react very badly to emails sent in BLOCK CAPITALS

Especially if it is also in bright red, bold, indented and underlined.
FYI: It was a complete and total formatting mistake on my part in an email written in the early hours of the morning after a very long day at my desk.

Thank you.
