I cant find a single 4K RX 580 Laptop online anywhere! I only found one listing of a pre built 1080p RX 580 laptop at Best Buy. Why is this?

I cant find a single 4K RX 580 Laptop online anywhere!  I only found one listing of a pre built 1080p RX 580 laptop at Best Buy.  Why is this?  I have been in almost every electronics store and I'm starting to see a trend.  Electronics stores, even ones who offer financing are not displaying a premium version of either AMD of Nvidia laptops of any configuration and especially 4k.   In fact, I  haven't seen a single 4K display of a 17.3 inch laptop out of any of the major electronics retailers in San Antonio.   Since financing is so affordable I cant really find a reason why AMD hasn't encouraged any of the manufactures to create a 4k RX 580 laptop for retail purchasers... especially HP OMEN who currently makes virtually the only pre built laptop including a RX 580 seen here (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-omen-by-hp-17-3-laptop-intel-core-i7-12gb-memory-amd-radeon-rx-580-1tb-hard-drive-hp-san… ) model number 17-AN012DX.  I actually called HP recently inquiring about a 4k version of the 17-AN012DX Laptop and I was told the configuration was not available.   The  HP Omen that includes the RX 580 could likely be offered for 1399.99.  At this price the premium AMD Laptop is half the price of the Nvidia.   The real point here is there no way manufactures would miss out on an opportunity to offer a configuration of this kind especially on their online store.   I just know there's a higher shelf somewhere...   Please help me understand what's going on here...
