Computer crash/freeze everytime i try to install my AMD driver or enable my AMD driver.

Okay... so yesterday my laptop was left on, just the windows normal screen as I was doing stuff around the house, after awhile I noticed that my screen went dark, I thought it went to sleep mode, turns out my screen blacked out and my RAM led stopped blinking, so I had to hard reset my laptop. but that aside because that has been fixed by reinstalling windows 10, which cost all my work and files...

now a new problem arose, I realise after the fresh reinstall after awhile, as I was installing everything, I also started installing they crimsonlive amd driver and it froze, and that was the cause of problems, and windows wont start up normally until I went into safe mode and disabled the AMD graphics, and windows booted normally, and when I tried to enable the AMD driver it instantly froze again and so I had to repeat the process, I have tried several solutions and yet no avail, I have tried doing a clean install of AMD drivers, I have tried using an older version have tried updating windows essentials (C++, .NET) , I have tried the latest versions, I have used DDU to uninstall the amd software and then reinstall, I have disabled auto windows update, I tried doing a clean boot, I tried installing in safe mode, and it would just tell me, it isn't digitally signed... I am very frustrated over this problem, 1st I lost my work over some weird problem now I cant even use my GPU, my laptop is now running on my CPU, intel family hd, which cant do anything at all, cant run games nor softwares that require good GPU, I get 10- 20 fps from games, and my rendering speed in editing softwares takes around 5 minutes everytime I move the "model", I tried opening my laptop and cleaning it up, reseating my hardrive and ram but nothing changed, I have also solved the 99% disk problem but still nothing I really do not know what to do now, my gpu cant possibly be dead because it has lasted very long without any hint of problems and it doesn't get heated up much at all, I have monitored it reguraly... please help me with this I am at the point of giving up, I have no warranty and I don't think I want to get it repaired knowing it gonna be costly. thank you....
