21 blue screens with atikmpag.sys (atikmpag+0xF3B4) in 5 days since NEW build. WTH?

So, I build a new 4k media player and it bsods multiple times per day.  system specs below.

 

use NVIDA 950 == NO CRASH

use INTEL builtr in GFX == NO CRASH

use the 460 == CRASH 2-3x a day..

 

what the hell AMD ? ( Google )

 

Seriously ticked off. 

 

YES auxiliary power is connected to the motherbpoard

YES auxiliary power is connected to the card

YES running new drivers

YES updated bios

YES fresh install of windows 10

Brand new power supply +3.3V@24A, +5V@20A, +12V@40A, +5VSB@3A, -12V@0.3A

 

 

based on the searches *there is no solution* so unless someone has magic I'm going to refund newegg and heading back to Nvidia...
